I just weighed myself and I'm a 187 lbs. of "Sex Bomb." Tomorrow morning starts the cleanse. I'm psyched. The plan is to do a 12-day cleanse. Why 12 days? Last time I did it I did 10 days so I have to raise the bar, right? And I prefer even numbers.
